Sure, summer is beautiful and all; sunny, hot and filled with bright, fragrant flowers.

But fall and winter also have their charms. The air is crisp, sometimes downright cold. The leaves have all fallen, the Canada geese have returned to the upper pasture, drawn to the now full pond. I have a love-hate relationship with these birds; they eat the grass I wanted for the cows, but they are regal and beautiful especially when they fly overhead in such clear formations.

I have set up a short session of winter classes. Here you will find a great line up of cooking classes, perfect for this cool weather time of year.

Each class runs from 11:00-3:00 on either a Saturday or Sunday. All take place at Kurtwood Farms on Vashon Island. The kitchen holds just eleven students sitting around the high counter in the farm kitchen.

Look them over, check with your friends and sign up for the ones that interest you. Keep in mind, I am happy to make any adjustments or refunds in the first 48 hours after you book, but unfortunately cannot make refunds after that.
